I am sorry I have been gone for so long, I have been busy with other stuff.
I have made a list for a blood angels list, which I quite like but am unsire of in certain aspects.
The Idea is is that scouts make a scout move to a centre objective. They hold the fort, as in turn one, not mcuh will happen, and, if I am facing a bad player, neither in turn two. My dakka preds would fire anti Infantry fire support into the enemy, whilst the techmarine sits behind them repairing when necessary. The tactical squad splits up into combat squads and the missile launcher stays, whilst the melta gun and sergeant go out in the razorback. to back up the scouts. the scouts teleport beacon allows the assault marines (along with the sanguinary priest) to deep strike in acurately and take up positions to strengthen the wall further. The devastators and combat squad with missile launcher sit back with the preds firing kras and frags if necessary.
The librarian would use shield to give a large amount of marines the cover, whilst firing lances into enemy flanks, or another power depending on the army (such as fotd if against orks). So here is the list:

Only thing about this list I fear is the lack of fast attack.
