Before any critique, remove the individual points costs for models and wargear; it's against the rules and the law due to copyright infringement. Total unit costs are preferred.

1. I know no one reads the posting rules, so I've no problem there.

Irid armor limits his JSJ, and thus could leave him hanging in the open and there's a lot of AP2 weapons that will bypass his armor; better to go lighter armored and more maneuverable. And regarding his buddies: See below.

Split 'em all up into separate units, 2 pairs and a single, given that you ought to demote the 'vre bodyguards and have:
Shas'o
Pair
Pair
Single
They're harder to catch in h2h. Easier to maneuver with JSJ. Splits your fire more efficiently. Makes the enemy split his *less* efficiently. And the Shas'O can still attach to others, or the single for some protection.

Soooo many points spent on fire warriors. At 1850 you should have 9 suits, IMO. Without it, your list just isn't killy enough.

Any particular reason why you're not using all three Elite slots and still over paying for a bodyguard vre? Check his stats versus a regular suit. You're paying extra points for nothing gained, no BS increase. Nothing.

I think you ought to put the kroot back in and one FW/fish unit out. Kroot, helping with Infiltrates/Outflanking. And I'd out 1 FW for a DisPod on the last 'fish.

I'd personally drop the Shas'o to a Shas'el...and put a targeting array on him. It'll save you some points and give you the same amount of killey
