I am curious as to what chapter of the Chaos Space Marines focus on fast attack?

I'm probably wrong, but I think Night Lords might..

Why?

Fast Attack as in lots of Bikers and Raptors (FOC); or more in a raiding, surprise assaults, lighting-strikes background sense of the word?

Always heard that when it comes to CSM then the Fast Attark units is a no go!?!?

I think it's best to pretend the Chaos codex doesn't have a fast attack section. Wait for the 5th edition version by Matt Ward. I'm guessing it will involve razorspam.

I always use raptors - they are great for popping tanks and acting as a charge shield for my winged DP's.

The unit that horun commands, the special character in the book, focuses on a lot of bikes, beyond that I can't think of anything. The codex stated raptors were rare, and normally mercs for hire or something like that.

Mind you, the raptors as a whole a very, very useful. So are the bikes, especially with the mark of nurgle, toughness 6 baby!

Night Lords use a lot of Raptors, and the Red Corsairs(Huron's warband) use a lot of bikes.

Night lords use Fast attack , Hit and run tactics and The red corsairs also use Fast attack
