After reading the topic on forgeworld and if its worth the money i got to thinking what forgeworld stuff do people have. thats always a good indication of its worth cos its what people have paid out for.

I have IA:5 and a DKoK infantry squad. I'm going to be buying more DKoK models over time, but at my age its not that easy to get money... (why must minors be cursed to cut lawns and the like?! WHY!!!!!)

it depends, if you have the cash then forgeworld is great but if you don't have that kind of money then ebay forgeworld is even better. I myself own an Eldar NightWing, off Ebay for $110 + $10 for shipping = $120 saved me about 20 bucks, but then it was also an unintentional sale. I kept getting outbid and finally got pissed and decided to see just how high people would go and in the process ended up with the high bid and never got outbid, which wasn't my intentions. Being the honorable person that i am, I never considered backing out of the deal but just planned for the purchase instead.

recently I acquired an Eldar Scorpion Super Heavy Grav Tank, for $180 + shipping, and a Revenant Titan for 175 + shipping, serious savings there. I do plan on picking up a few of FW's newer Eldar models as those are more reasonable for their prices, but as much as i would like to have the new Phantom Titan there is no way in hell that i'm spending $1000 or more for a model.

I've been very happy with my purchases so far. I had some nasty mold lines with some of the MKIII armor guys, but nothing I couldn't manage.

I put the giant poster from the IA 9 and 10 box set in a frame, I liked it so much. It's now adorning a wall in my hobby room.

I have a Lightning, Hades Breaching Drill, that limited edition SM guy that was at Adepticon, and Inquisitor Solomon Lok.

Everything was in perfect condition except the Inquisitor. There's a few spots on his robe that are too thin and had an air bubble or something in them causing it to create a hole. Normally I'd just GS it, but since it's on the detail, I'm considering calling in and compaining.
