Well, I just came from the Games Workshop website, and looking through the Guard Collectors, I noticed they don't sell praetorians anymore. Is this just the site, and can I still order them from the shop? I really liked some of those, because I have taken a liking to that theme. It would be a shame if they were gone, I wanted to order them.

They're gone for good, I'm afraid. Still mourned by me.

You can't order them...
They have been OOP for a while, you can still find them on ebay but they can cost a lot.
Your best bet is to look for a company that makes similar scale British Empire minis and buy some of them and try to swap the guns...

Bah, that sucks. Why did GW had to take them out? I don't get it. Why the praetorians, but not the Mordians? I could still buy the Mordians and swap some pith heads on them, because they are basically Praetorians with head swaps.

Check out 'The Sudan - The British.' It'd be a fair bit of work, but it's do-able if your heart's in it.

You could use these to make a Praetorian army pretty easily, the guns may need swapping out thugh.

If you are interested in trading for some SM bits and pieces, I have some Praetorians

From memory I have about 6-7 including a Praetorian manning an autocannon. Quite nicely painted as well

I hope I can find them here. In Belgium, the market is flooded with GW stuff. And the independent retailers are all dying out.

1.) Praetorians originally were just one limited release army deal (a fun modification of the Mordians).
2.) Due to popularity they were sold later for quite some time as blisters.
