Sounds like a fun army to play, but you can can not give a dreadnought a TL Assault Cannon

On page 94 it says under options

"-Twin linked Autocannon, Plasma Cannon, or Assault Cannon"

Well, there is the obvious problem that you have no scoring units. Given that everything is also slow, you won't be winning much as many opponents can simply run away.

I understand the need to run a 10 man DC to get 8 Dreads into the army, but your current squad is pretty obviously never going to do anything the entire game. I'd at least put them in a DP, so they can at least be disruptive to a gunline.

I'd also recommend a better HQ than a naked Captain. He really adds nothing whatsoever to the list. A naked Librarian would be much more useful.

You have no scoring troops, and it isn't too hard for an army with any mobility or good anti-tank weapons to tear this army apart.

Don't expect to win many games, but it looks like a very fun list to play. Your heavy support dreds should all be rifle dreds, so ACs so you have some sort of firebase.

I would also give all your dreds that want to find combat drop pods, and maybe knock out a dred or two to fit in some troops so you have a chance in objective games.

Looks fun. Won't win many games against savvy players, but would be a blast either way. Also, like others said, get a libby instead of a captain
