I'm just starting Black Templars and would just like to ask if it's possible for an independent character in Terminator armour to be in a drop pod with 9 power armoured marines? The entry says 10 marnies OR 5 Terminators, is this exclusive? Is no mix allowed?

a drop pod is a dedicated transport. termi armor counts as 2 units. an ic with termi armor can join an 8 man, forming a 9 man squad using a drop pod as dedicated transport, imo.

Space Wolves do it all the time, so I don't see why Templars can't.
