I don't know anything about camo for Ogryns, nor what tools you have access too, but I get excelltent results with my skin using Vallejo US tank Green as a base, followed by Vallejo Foundation Skin Tone airbrushed on from a downward angle....here are a few examples, all the skin in these images were painted using the technique I described;

The Ogre Kingdoms army book for fantasy has some good ways to paint Ogres.

You could look there and get some ideas for ogyrns skin tone since it shouldn't be the peachy color that most people have.

Camo would be what ever your army is, maybe have the ogryns have it on there skin in spots, since there stupid and most dont conceive of what camo does just like orcs, They just replicate the imperium since the Imperium of man does it.

How complicated are you looking to go?
My latest skin technique is a layering one. I go from Dark Flesh to Tanned Flash (Vallejo tan) to Dwarf Flesh, leaving a bit of each color in the recesses:

An older, simpler technique I did was Tallarn Flesh with Devlan Mud, then Tallarn Flesh again on the raised areas:

And another one I've used is just Dwarf Flesh with Ogryn Flesh wash and a Dwarf Flesh highlight:

Of course you can layer this by then doing another layer of Dwarf Flesh and Ogryn Flesh wash over and over again:

Alternately, Dwarf Flesh with Ogryn Flesh wash works well enough. Camo on the top Catachans is Catachan Green with stripes of Chaos Black, Calthan Brown, and Camo Green, all highlighted, and followed by Devlan Mud.
