Kind of a moot point. If the limit was 50,000 and someone hit that, then the Administrator could just add another at 65k or 55k or whatever.

Why do people keep asking this? You should wait for the surprise, it's a reward. The highest ranks are in the tens of thousands, most of us don't have to worry about reaching them.
