yes, the rule of potms allows 1 more weapon to be used. 1 more than 0 is still 1.

my eldar at 2000 pts 
chaos space marine at 3000+ pts 
working on dark eldar aiming for 2k 
Had a 1k Tau and a 2k Ork and 3k BA. |

And remember that Stormravens can't Turboboost. They go Flat Out instead, which is good since that nets them a cover save for being a skimmer going flat out.

its the primary reason triple stormraven lists are a good choice for aqn army build.
