Soon to be (within this week!!!)

1966 Mustang. It's in gorgeous condition! The seats are nearly mint condition. Upholstery was redone. Runs great. I can't wait to drive it home.

(Not the actual car, but same color and body type. Mine has a few minor rust spots.)

I was hoping someone here watches Top Gear. Jeremy couldn't get a Bentley for the Albania Mafia Challenge and used a Yugo instead and called it the Bentley.

Thanks, I'm gonna enjoy this car and all THREE gears it has! Hahaha!

That's not Yugo, it's Stojadin.
Stojadin is Zastava 101, Yugo is Zastava 102. Same model only that Yugo is smaller and faster...

My wife and I both have mustangs. She has a 2008 that looks like this:

I have a 2005 GT that looks like this:

I bought the 2005 last summer. I got one hell of a deal on it. An elderly gentlemen had the car since 2005. He passed away in 2009. In less than 5 years, he only put 10,000 miles on it. The guy I bought it from got a pretty good deal for it. He sold it to me for $14,500, which was a steal since Kelly Blue Book had it listed for $22,000. I haven't had any problems out of it either. It is a reallly good car.

Of course with gas prices I am probably going to trade it for a Volt or something...

Well I do hope that I do have to sell it. I am unemployed during the summer, so maybe I will just park it for the summer and not pay those gas prices. If it goes to $6.00+ a gallon, I am not sure what I will do.

Well, don't move to the UK for starters. It's £6.00 a gallon over here at the moment, which is about $10.00?

What was a good price for it in the UK? I don't know how the prices are figured into the grand scheme of things, but ten years ago, I could get it for $1.00 a gallon.

It all evens out in the end though. I bet I got stuff that is more expensive here than in the UK. Everyone is out to get your money. If you got it cheap in one place, I can guarantee something else will be more to make up for it. Then there is the differences in a Euro and a Dollar. If they were 1 = 1, then the price would be the same right?

@ Lord Scythian - I suspect we've always been more expensive then you because petrol is heavily taxed in this country. It's one of the reasons I cycle most of the time. No point in paying more tax then you have to

Good point. If they heavily taxed it here, then I bet people would cycle more here. I know I will next year. My new job will be a half a mile from my house. Not too bad since I drive 20 miles to my current job.
