Just wondering if anyone had any Salamander related squad names, for a Terminator Assault Squad (TH + SS) Terminator Squad, Vanguard Veterans, Sternguard and a Tactical squad. I can normally come up with stuff I've just been un creative recently for some reason.

Well you could go with high gothic (pseudo latin names) using a latin translator.
Or, you could just name the sergeant and make that the name of the squad...
Kinda depends what you want to go for really.

Microsoft word thesaurus has never failed me.

Just type "Fire" and "Reptile" and then pick your 6 favorites! Done!

Squad Campfire Iguana reporting for duty.

There are some who walk until their legs fail them and they fall to the ground. I find that respectable.
Then there are those who drag themselves further. I find that admirable.

Hammer, Anvil, Forge, Drake, and Fire. Those are all the ones I can think of now.

Cinderwyrms. The Crucible. Magma Walkers. The Ashen. The Coal Bearers. The Fuegon (Steal a page from GW's book and just bastardize a foreign language...). The Reborn. The Refined. The Refiners. The White Flames. The Forked (smiths often wore forked beards so they could braid them back over their shoulders and keep them out of their way).
The Embers. These are all I got off the top of my head. I play Salamanders, and love their fluff. I recommend anything fire, volcano, dragon, or forge related as a good start. (I mean, just look at the names of the novel characters for cryin' out beandip.) It all depends on if you want the name to be subtle or not.

Squads in Astartes Chapters are normally named after their sergeants, so that's definitely a place to start.

If names for sergeants are hard to come by...
Pop in somewhere and look at the Deathwatch book. Page 34 has Table 1-11: "Space Marine Names". Salamanders are not on there, but Ultramarines and Storm Wardens can definitely make for some half decent Salamander names if you add an apostrophe here and there.

I have the rulebook actually, but it is slightly confusing, but then again I am a teenager, so it's kind of a moot point

You don't need to look at the rules or anything. Just the names for inspiration.

I'm only saying the rules for deathwatch are confusing! I know to look at the names for the names.

It's not latin...
It supposed to be high Gothic but it is essentially psuedo latin...
