you should check the forum rules for posting lists.

It is Illegal to post exact point costs for upgrades. Everything MUST be listed as the cost of the unit as a whole.

And sorry, but this is not what I would consider a good list...however, its a decent starting point for one.

Add autocannons and psybolt ammo to the dreadnaught as this list lacks anything in the way of long range anti-tank.

Shunting dreadknights are cool and all...until they get gunned down by anything that can kill a terminator.

you CAN NOT list wargear points cost. it is against GWs policies and can lead to bad times. Take down the points costs before a mod beats you to it. Read forum rules for army lists before posting...

Can you tell me what a good grey knights army is like with at least terminators w/ psycannon and warding stave and halberd x2 and daemon hammer. also draigo and a strike or purifier or purgatoin squad with sam weapons as the terminators. i am on a tight budget.

Just so we're clear on what you've got to work with...
It looks to me like you have
1 5xStrike Squad
1 5xTerminator Squad, already fit with weapons
1 Draigo

Do you have anything else?

At 1500 points, the smallest army you can get onto the board is around 12-15 models, but they probably won't do very well.

A standard 1500 GK point list will usually include
10-20 strike squad models
5-10 terminator models
1 or 2 dreadnoughts
1 or 2 HQ models
and 2-4 light vehicles. (rhino/razorback/chimera)

A 1500 point draigo list has to be really tight, because paladins are so high cost.

Draigo - 275
5x Paladins, 2xPsycannon, 4xHalbard, 1xHammer - 320

5x Interceptor squad (or strike squad with rhino/Razorback), Psybolts and Psycannons.

In Draigo lists, I like interceptors: Since Draigo gives you grand strategy, you have the option of scout-shunting your interceptors, or making them scoring units depending on the mission; but since you don't have vehicles for paladins (land raider/ storm raven) you might be better off using strike or purifier squads in rhinos/razorbacks.

Dreadknights are personal preference for people. Some people swear by them, others say don't bother.

Personally I love the dreadknight, I love the fact that he makes the opponent waste entire shooting rounds from multiple units, I love that he can wreck landraiders and monoliths, and I love scout-shunting into an HQ's face. They definitely have a place in a draigo list, or any list running a grand master; but they aren't very cost effective, and putting one in, especially one with a personal teleporter, means an even lower model count.

Storm Raven is a great delivery device for a paladin assault, and a fantastic support tool. But again, at 1500 points you shouldn't be looking for ways to make your army even smaller.

Transports
Rhino w/extra armor = +55

Heavy Support
Puragtion Squad w/ psycannons x3, incinerator = +160
Dreadnought w/ twin linked lascannon, missle launcher, extra armor = +160

Annihilation: Strategy is to have the paladins w/ draigo deep strike and assault, purifiers in the rhino and assault, strike squad go around and shoot medium range, terminators do whatever assualt/ shoot, have dreadnought destroy tanks, while the purgation squad shoot at enemies.

Lose the banner, make the terminators into paladins... the price difference is negligible, lose the warding stave. Get rid of the incinerator, replace it with a psycannon. Paladins don't need incinerators, they have the holocaust ability. Instead of running 2x5 man squads of paladins, make them 1x10, buy the psybolt ammo, then run them in 2 combat squads of 5 men each.

Strike squad looks good. Lose the extra armor on the rhino, you don't need it, Grey Knights vehicles have 'Fortitude'. You could swap the rhino for a razorback, stick a lascannon on it.

Drop the extra armor on the Dreadnought... you can shave off 25 points by ditching both weapons for twin linked AC with psybolt ammunition... 4 Twin linked Str 8 Shots, that will do the job; but there's nothing wrong with las and multimelta.

Warding staves seem cool, i've never used them, but I always see that as being so expensive that I don't really see the benefit. If you make it a demon hammer, that's one more squad that can crack heavy armor.

A warding Stave gives you a 2+ invul save in close combat

Useful on non-terminator models... That is it though, in all honesty the limited survivabilty of it is outweighed by the enhanced destruction you can get by putting those poitns elsewhere
