The henchman warband is the confusing part of that...
you have them going two different directions. Do you want to shooty or do you want them to be hth strong?
Cause right now you have two really good builds for henchmen mashed into one and come close combat time the crusader and death cult will be happy as a clam and the jokaero and the servitors are going to be crying crocodile tears.

I would either drop servitor and jokaero to get one extra crusader and dca, then find a use for 10 points.
Or drop crusaders and dca and buy some warrior acolytes or mystics to boost shootiness. Up to you.

At 2000 points, you're going to run into AV14 and 2+ armor saves.

Are you planning on cracking armor in CC or relying on rending... it happens, but psycannons on the move are assault 2, and if you stand still to get the Heavy4 then you have to wait for the enemy to come within your 24" range. Now, while this is the drawback almost all GK armies face; you're compounding the problem by not taking advantage of two fantastic features of the grey knights. Personal Teleporters and Assassins.

1 vindicare, or 1 squad of interceptors (or 1 very expensive Dreadknight) gives you the power to put the hurt on whatever the biggest threat on the table is. The vindicare's ability to infiltrate and reach 36" across the board to punch a hole in a LandRaider; or the Interceptors fantastic ability to shunt-punch a defiler in the ass, waste a heavy weapons team, or knock a squadron of landspeeders out of the air on turn 1, then draw fire and tie up your opponent for an entire shooting phase while the rest of your troops close in... well that's something to be respected.

You have 5 razorbacks, 3 dreadnoughts, and a henchman squad... all places you can stick Melta or Lascannons. I know people will disagree with me, but no matter how good psycannons and psyflenoughts are, you're going to waste more than half your shots trying to crack 3+ armor saves, or 14AV; and with an effective range of 24" for a majority of your army, you're only going to get 2 rounds of shooting on average with most of your troop squads, and maybe 1 where you can remain stationary to take advantage of the psycannon's heavy 4. I'm pretty sure that's why terminator armor is so readily available for GK.

As Seanzor pointed out, your henchman squad is confused. Servitors with no guns also doesn't help you much, and your jokearo is wasted with no weapons to upgrade. You put them in a chimera, which is cool, because it has 5 firing points; put some guns in there. Stick 3 Multimeltas or PCs on those servitors, and add a second Jokearo, now you're cooking with gas - 36" rending melta and 60" LasCannons will ruin a unit a round and your henchmen can just chill in the chimera, sitting in a forest, while the librarian gives the whole lot of them a 3+ cover save.

Few things

1) Go for Heavy bolter and Psybolt ammo on the Razors. You already have a lot of S7 rending fire. What you need is 36"+ fire power

2) Spend the points you saves on a Psy rilfe dread or two

3) Librarian should have Quicksilver, Might, Sanctuary, Shrouding. Best set of power your can get. 2 on your turn, 2 on the enemy turn.

4) f you want a Henchmen assault unit, JUST take 5 Death Cult Assassins and 4 Crusaders. Then you can fit the Librarian and the inquisitor in the Transport.

You do realize that an Assault cannon does more damage to AV 14 than a lascannon?

A S7 assault cannon does a lot more damage to AV 14 than lascannons do....

Your warband is perfectly fine, but I suggest leave out the servitors and get more DC assassin because you want them to charge in as quick as possiable which mean your servitors won't shoot because you moved. If you don't move then whats the point of your DC assassins.

However, what is clever is that most people will but ignoring them because people fear about psycannon and so they will shoot at your razor back and kill your GK

which leave you with a close combat monster unit that will chew up almost anything.

My mistake the servitors are equipped with multimeltas wanted to add some anti tank fire power to the group. I like the interceptor squads but it's a hard choice as I cut one razor back squad and stick in an interceptor squad with an incinerator. The interceptors have proven to be a great pain to my opponent so I may add one in. Thank you for all the comments

Hi guys just wanted to let you guys know with the changes just added more death cult after dropping the servitors. Fought against dashofpepper's dark elder venom list, steel legion, blood angels and other grey knights. I beat them all the toughest was the Dark elder as they move so fast but are paper thin on the ground splinter cannons and ravagers took a toll on my vehicle. Dash is a pretty solid player and all around nice guy. But the list feels pretty solid maybe a few minor tweaks in the Libby power as I only used shrouding almost every turn and quicksilver once, warp rift was alittle bleh.
Ps death cult xenos inq combo makes a great unit better and cAn really cripple and opponents counter moves
