I'm generally the kind of person who reads forums and blogs but never takes the time to post, usually for fear of being flamed or for lack of any real content to add to the discussion. But Dakka seems to sport a friendly community so I thought I'd give it a go. No promises that I'll post regularly, but we'll see. I started out playing the LOTR Strategy Battle Game and then tried out some Fantasy but never really got into it. I also run a Tau army atm, but my only real opponent for that is my brother's IG. There aren't many wargamers in my neck of the woods. I also just started playing some Inquisitor, a game that really intrigues me. I like the potential for an in depth story in a universe as rich as the 41st Millenium. So that's that, glad to be here and thanks to everyone who does post quality content regularly, I always love seeing the custom armies people are working on and scratch builds and what not.

Hello MrCams! Good little intro. Tau seem to have quite a following here on dakka, be it tactics, army lists or modelling, i am sure you will find lots of inspiration. Alot of people also seem to enjoy something called 'Inquisimunda' or =I=munda which uses Inquisitor rules but normal 40k sized miniatures and there are a Host of Incredible modelling blogs to boot. Hope you have fun, trust me posting adds alot to the forum experience!
