Good afternoon Dakka!

I've played this list a few times with a pretty good success rate. I just want some input it any on ways to tweak the list.

Here's the list

5 warriors-standard equipment
-venom w/ extra splinter cannon

8 wyches- 1 Hekatrix w/venom blade 1 w/hydra gauntlets
-Raider w/disintegrator & night shields

1 Ravager w/3 disintergrators & night shields

400 on the dot

Tonight I'll be trying it out against a few different opponents at the local store.

I'll be trying the ravager out with a mix of lances and disintegrators tonite, probably 2 lances and one dis.

So I guess my question is about the wargear.

Are the night shields worth it? So far yeah but I only play against a few people at home.

What would you change about this list?

Flickerfields are better then night shields. I would also recommend dropping the hydra gauntlets and venome blade and getting an agonizer. You might want to try to get a blaster in the warrior squad.
I'm not a fan of disentegrators. I think triple lances on the ravager would be superior unless you are specifically tailoring this to beat Space Marines.
Either way, it seems like it has nice balance.

I played a couple games last night and the night shields did ok.

I changed my list though and am going to try out a build with some of your suggestions in mind.

Here's what I have:

5 Warriors 1w/blaster
-Venom w/extra cannon

8 Wyches 1 Hekatrix w/agoniser
-Raider w/dark lance

1 Ravager w/1 lance and 2 disintegrators

So I dropped all the defensive vehicle wargear, venom blade, and the hydra gauntlets for a blaster in the warrior squad and an agoniser for the Hekatrix.

I agree with having 3 dark lances on the Ravager but at the 400 pt level there aren't a lot of high armor values and if I target infantry I'm still dishing out 7 shots.

Skip the ravager. Do 2 warrior filled venoms and a wych filled raider!
