This is now my most recent army which i have been able to bulid and paint in 2 weeks (which is a first for me normally takes longer) hope you all like them

Cool, why do some of the crons only have half a body?

The idea behind them is that its an old tomb world thats mysteriously woken back up and some of the necrons that are broken and destroyed are also waking up aswell

I've just looked at this and your orges. You have some considerable skill with both glue and brush. I applaud these efforts.

They look great,the broken necs are a great touch.

That is a really cool theme for an army ^^

I like the reawakened necrons that are slowly rebuilding themselves, but my favourite has to be the Necron lord with the Mass Ressurection Orb ^.^

Thanks guys and girles and pennywise the snow is a mixture of PVA glue White paint and snow floak really easy and looks awesome and Sister of Krieg is that the one on foot you mean if so same my fav of the army so far

epic mate, really shows their theme. also there not the old boring necons, theve a bit'o spice!

That's no problem you deserve to be congratulated on this army ^.^ and ye I was talking about the one on foot wearing the hooded cape.

I just love the simple customizasions too like (is it liitle bits of copperwire?) their ripped off arms and things ^.^

yes it is copperwire and its worked very effectively on them and the plan for this army is to be a 3000pts+ in the end in the next few weeks i will be also be getting a battleforce and a tomb stalker but with a transformers twist in it

hehe nice ^.^ I look forawrd to seeing more of your amazing conversions then, i'm thinking about collecting Necrons myself if the New Necron codex is better than the current Daemon one.

I might buy aload of green stuff and try to make conversions based on a gimic I have a couple of necrons already, with genestealer arms painted to look like zombies

If I do desided to collect Necrons then I'll try putting up some pictures when I convert them.

Add alittle ink to the snow, you'll get a better look. Be sure to water it down.

ye it might take quite a while as I will have to work up loads of money before buying my new army and I'll still wait to see the new codex when it's out. as they will release new models.

Love the tomb spyder body! gives me an idea for my lord!

How did you paint your warriors?

The models and the monolith are great ,but the snow well thats what i think it is looks to uniform.

I'd make it abit more random.

Nice concept. I might be tempted to use a lighter coat of snow on some of them to give a "dusted" look, rather than such big globs.

Also, no rods in the guns?

Love the colour you have for the metal - looks great.

There be red rods? Awesome.

Love them, all of them. Necron forces do tend to get quite 'dull' when they're all painted in a single shade of metal with just their green rods giving them some color. (Personally I went for white face masks like the Immortals in the codex on all troopers... Didn't help very much in the long run)

These guys look good! I love the metal, what did you use? Is it NMM?

The monolith looks good as well, however I would make the Necron walking out look like he is walking out as aposed to just sitting there, but I love the idea!

He looks like he's pulling his way out through jelly or somthing ^^ I think it's great
