Ok guys, this is my first every painted model. I am not a some secret painter in my past life. I am just a normal guy painting my first model for my army. I got some good comments on this model so i want to know what you think. (Sorry picture quality is bad, need to get my new camera out instead using my camcoder)

I personally think its average, I can do alot better, and I did with my lord commisar which I need to get picture taken.

I'd say TT quality, but it could be much better, the picture doesn't really do it justice I think. I have a lot of models that look gak in photos but ace in real life, so this may be a similar issue.

Either way, it's certainly not the worst model I've ever seen, and the armor seems crisp. The chains could use some work though; they don't have enough shadows.

Yep i forget about the chains and painted it after I added the wash.

The armor looking crisp is because the painted I used is like that. Also forgot to wash the model when painting it so the paint is literally falling off.

LOL one guy said Elite pro painted while another said Rubbish. I think both are kinda exagerated LOL its not that good nor is it that rubbish haha.

Its definatly not rubbish but I would like to see some better pictures I think the ones you have taken don't really give us a good look at him.

I voted it at table top. I wouldn't mind facing a whole army painted to this standard and would appreciate you taking the time to paint them.

Now when you list pro painted do you mean real pro painted or Ebay pro painted?

I like it, I definitely wouldn't mind seeing more armies painted to this standard on the table more often.

Elite pro painted is what I cal real pro that can get stand a chance getting into the golden demon award.

Pro painted is what I call ebay pro painted (but some are very nice)

I put them in just for fun because someone likes to vote like that lol.

Thank you I will try get my commisar back (from my friend - sold it to him as his centre piece, planning to touch him up when I have more time) because he does look better than coteaz since I actully know what brush to use.

I Painted this using a medium sized brush because thats all I had LOL. It took some serious patience to paint the details lol and I did this in a GW shop using their messed up brush lol.

I second every previoud opinion that I too would love to fight an army painted to this standard.

Onto critizism: The handle on the hammer looks a bit flat imho, maybe a wash and some highlights on that and the head on the hammer to make it pop.

Also, the skin looks a bit dark, but perhaps thats just the camera.

I say pro-painted simply because the photos don't do the model justice.

It would look heaps better if some of the finer details like the knee skulls and the =I= symbols. Aside from that great job!

I voted tabletop but only because, like my pics, you use a duff camera, i used my phone though. But to be honest it probably looks great in person. And as long as your happy with it who cares?
