Hi guys.
After reading this thread http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/30/377873.page I wanted to ask Dakka a question:
I have bought and lost two £20 copies of a dwarf codex in the last 12 months and I was wondering if it would be right, if slightly
illegal to download a temporary replacement off the web.

While I can understand your frustration it's generally considered a severe no-no to advocate copy infringement on Dakka.
If you've lost 2 Armybooks in a year i think you need to keep a better track on your books. Mine last years before falling apart, and only one has ever wandered off.

Hmm...
Keep them with you at all times
Do you have a lockable locker or foot-locker?
Also is this bedside table at the school (boarding school and the like) or is it a case of overzealous/overreacting mom at home?

You probably want to edit the poll and OP - piracy and advocating piracy is strictly against Dakka rules, so its probably not a good idea to be asking how and where to do it.

The opinions of the hale, hearty and surprisingly aromatic Dakkanauts are, alas, somewhat irrelevant here.
.. for now... but the day will come. Oh crikey yes !
The law is quite clear with regards to the illegality of this, and we don't want threads on a public message board, asking for advice and help with regards to illegal activities.
Sorry to hear about the losses though, if you've lost 2 Dwarf codexs then it seems GW's attempts to remove any and all traces of the Squats is more more insidious and effective than we dared hope or dream.

The poor man really has a stake in the country. The rich man hasn't; he can go away to New Guinea in a yacht. The poor have sometimes objected to being governed badly; the rich have always objected to being governed at all
