So my co-worker just showed me War Torn Worlds, and I did a search and doesn't look like it's been reported here. SO:

War Torn Worlds makes 28mm terrain from used tires. It comes in pre-painted, as well as in a neural primer gray. The paint jobs are about what you'e expect from a pre-paint: a little ehhh, and look, I can't lie, I'm not sure that Ultramarine is really meeting the dress & appearance standards Marneus Calgard set down in the Codex Uniforumus, but there you have it. Of course as you would expect, it's pretty impervious to drops and such, being bouncy.

There is a full catalog here. You can buy their stuff online here. The prices seem fairly reasonable, and the fact it's prepainted is either a time-saving plus or the very fruit of the devil's loins, depending on your perspective.

Disclaimer: I don't own this product and have not yet used it. Your mileage may vary.

Here are some pics from their site:

That's....

incredibly cool! Excellent re-use of materials as well. Might have to order a few sets of the dungeon walls at some point...

Pretty cool, and seems mighty affordable for how much you get, especially those dungeon walls.

I own some of their product, and it's pretty great for quick terrain. However, the rubber does flake quite a bit from the non-painted surfaces (bottom), and after a while (about a year or so?), the paint will also start to flake off the edges.

Cool concept, Id like the walls a lot better if they were as tall, or taller, than the minis.

Whats my game?
Warmachine (Cygnar)
10/15mm mecha
Song of Blades & Heroes
Blackwater Gulch
X wing
Open to other games too
