Personally I would run either MM/HF Speeders or Typhoons in place of those Attack Bikes, but YMMV. I don't think there's anything WRONG with the bikes, but the Speeders are less likely to be taken out by small arms fire and offer more versatile firepower.
The Dakka Preds are also a little out of place. You have plenty of Anti-Infantry with the Crusader and the Heavy Flamers, and plenty of close ranged anti-tank with a large amount of Melta fire, but you lack in ranged suppression fire. If you drop the Attack Bikes for the MM/HF Speeders and lose 5 points somewhere you will have enough points for Lascannon sponsions on the Predators which fills the gap. You might try a Redeemer in place of the Crusader, which would save 10 points and it's much more fluffy. Personally I prefer the Redeemer to the Crusader anyway, as it draws less fire on approach, but if your opponent ignores it they will pay for it later.

I agree with Ald that the Dakka preds are a bit on the (bad) redundant side, though I support the choice of Attack Bikes instead of speeders if you are so inclined. I think either work well, though typically I like attack bikes more in lists that use sternguard to cause infantry oversaturation. In a list like this, I think he is right that landspeeders might be slightly better, but again, I feel like they both are solid choices.
Personally, I think 3 full tac squads are overweight at 2k (I know, most people don't like this way of thinking). If you dropped one of them, put both of the ones you take in drop pods, you could afford another fast attack choice to put heat on them early, or another heavy support. Perhaps something closer to:
Vulkan
Librarian in Term Armour, Storm Shield. Null Zone/Avenger
Tac Squad MM/ MG/ CM - in a pod
Tac Squad MM/ MG/ CM - in a pod
TH/ SS Terms in Land Raider Crusdader
Dread MM/ HF in Pod
Dread MM/ HF in Pod
2x MM/ HF Speeder
2x MM/ HF Speeder
2x MM/ HF Speeder
Predator AC/ LC
Uneven pods, but you can simply reserve the tac squads to come down late, as you don't want them to be focused on anyway. Libby gives you the much needed Null Zone and Hood, and 6 speeders gives you better AV satuation and more flamers then you got with 4x Attack Bikes. Per Alds comment, giving the pred lascannons makes him much better at ranged support, which this army needs. Personally, I prefer having two landraiders or no landraiders in a vulkan list, but a hybrid approach can work, but is harder to pull off against experienced opponents. I wrote an article about Vulkan Marines last week for my blog, while I don't suggest a specific list, I lay out some broader comments and unit recommendations as well as tactics, if you want to take a look.

I don't think it's a good idea to take a single LR at 2000 points. It'll drop early and with regularity. I'd remove that for more points on other awesome stuff, or add in another TH/SS Deathstar. I'd go all MM in the Tac Squads. I prefer them to ML when not taking Razors anyways. Plus the fact that Vulcan TLs them, and that seals the deal for me. I prefer MM/HF Speeders w/ Vulcan over the Bikes. They're good against so many more targets.

So would something like this work better
Vulcan- 190 pts
Tac Squad- meltagun, mm, rhino 210 pts
Tac Squad- meltagun, mm, combi-flamer, rhino 220 pts
Tac Squad- meltagun, mm, combi-melta, drop pod 220 pts
Dreadnaught- mm, heavyflamer, drop pod 150 pts
Dreadnaught- mm, heavyflamer, drop pod 150 pts
Terminators- TH/ SS, LandraiderCrusader- mm, extra armor 475 pts
Landspeeder- mm, heavyflamer 70 pts
Landspeeder- mm, heavyflamer 70 pts
Predator- lascannon sponsons 120 pts
Predator- lascannon sponsons 120 pts
P.S. I'm not giving up my DeathStar even if it does get bullied by republic x-wing fighters

I'd add in a second squad of TH/SS Termies in a LR. Seriously, taking one is not a very good idea. EVERY list will have an answer to it, and it's way too big of a points sink if you don't have some target saturation at that level.

I've found my Drednoughts tend to either scatter to far to give me any good options, or whiff badly. Followed by some MC/Deamon Prince or heavy weapon shooting killing the dred right away.
Try dropping the dreds and get a Sternguard squad with combi-meltas and Heavy/Combi-flamers in a pod. That gives you a backfield player who can combat squad to take out armor AND troops in one round. Plus you can stick Vulkan into the same pod to either support your flamers with his or make a 3rd unit to torch a target of opportunity.
And if any nasties assault you vulkan is much more survivable with 2+3++ S6 with rerolls, etc... than a standard AV12 dred.
Not to mention poison shots double-tapped is death for most MCs...just too many saves to pass. Especially if the Libby is close enough to force re-rolls on Invul saves.
A scout squad gives you a cheap 3rd (or 5th) scoring unit that you can leave off the field (if KPs) or outflank for the last second objective contest/grab.
Give them a Storm to either zoom around in or to act as another MM Speeder.
Say yes to the Redeemer. Add in a MM you end up with a much more vesatile unit that can outright kill entire squads of MEQ, punch a tank, or dump a nice amount of S6 rending shots into beefier targets. And do it at the same price as a standard Land Raider.

Life isn't fair. But wouldn't it be worse if Life were fair, and all of the really terrible things that happen to us were because we deserved them?

Ya, poisoned SIA is great against MCs. It's not going to force Invulnerables on their saves though, so Null Zone isn't going to mess with their saves except against Codex Daemons.
