Alright this is a army list I am writing up that is 100 percent Tzeentch.

Hq:

Lord of Change
-Master of Sorcery

Herald of Tzeentch
-Bolt of Tzeentch
-Master of Sorcery

Herald of Tzeentch
-Bolt of Tzeentch
-Master of Sorcery

Elites:

(3) Flamers of Tzeentch

Troops:

(15) Horrors of Tzeentch
-Bolt of Tzeentch
-Changling

(15) Horrors of Tzeentch
-Bolt of Tzeentch

(10) Horrors of Tzeentch
-Bolt of Tzeentch

(10) Horrors of Tzeentch
-Bolt of Tzeentch

(10) Horrors of Tzeentch
-Bolt of Tzeentch

(10) Horrors of Tzeentch
-Bolt of Tzeentch

Fast Attack:

(5) Screamers of Tzeentch
-Unholy Strength

The idea of this army is to field the Heralds in the squads of Horrors. Use Bolt of Tzeentch to atl least stun light vehicles and/or hit heavy infantry. Lord of Change will be a firing platform as well as a heavy vehicle hunter. Screamers of Tzeentch will be the actual Tank Hunters in this army.

Atlest the list is fluffy and shoots A LOT. But you need more CC elements to bring it home with daemons. Consider 3x6 fiends or something like that?

Ignoring the comments above lol since you want all tzeentch(not to say their advice is wrong) . Since you do need melee, get some tzeentch princes. You need them to hold the line, so get 1-2 tzeentch princes with all the fun upgrades you want to make them scary. Drop a squad of horrors per prince for points.

I would add a pair of Tzeetch Princes. I would also do another set of 3 Flamers. I think for an all Tzeetch army it would be also very flavorful to include the Blue Scribes or Fateweaver as well. Just a thought.

don't put the heralds in barefoot, give them chariots. They lose IC, but they're EXTREMELY fast jetbike shooting platforms, especially with master of sorcery and we are legion, that is a must with them. Also, chariots give them more wounds, and a better toughness. Also, don't screw around with a LOC- get fateweaver. He's cheaper than a regular LOC, has all of the nice toys, and everyone within 6" including him, re-rolls all saves. Don't get scared off by the Ld thing every time he takes a wound- It took my eldar friend with a VERY shooty army his entire shooting phase shooting virtually everything he had to put a wound on him, and he passed it. You're re-rolling 3's, man! only 11% of wounds that get through his toughness will wound him! cluster your heralds and flamers around him, and your opponent will have a VERY hard time getting rid of any of them. Also, they're all jump, so you could be zooming around the battlefield bolting and gazing stuff far away, and breath of chaos (flamers!) anything close. And about the daemon prince- don't give him iron hide, mark of tzeentch gives him a 4 inv. Don't let him become a points sink, keep it at or under 200, or 150 would be preferable. Don't give him breath, get more flamers if you want to lay down more templates. MAYBE make him fly, (200 pt limit, remember?)and have him run around with your fateweaver squad, CCing anyone that gets past your templates. One last thing- use a template, then gaze. you will always hit 3 times with gaze, no matter how packed together they are. 10 people, flame 5, 5 left, gaze 3, 2 left. (assuming you hit all of them) if you gaze first, you'll hit less. 10 people, gaze 3, 7 left. flame 3-4, 3-4 left. that's 1-2 people that would have died if you flamed first.
That's all, Tzeentch is my favorite, normally I wouldn't advise a Tzeentch-only list, but this looks pretty solid.

I would go triple soulgrinder in the heavy support slot, if I was playing all Tzeentch. The battlecannon is heavy duty, and when they get close up to you (and they will) your soul grinders can tarpit the dedicated assault units to ensure the safety of your dakka.
