don't put the heralds in barefoot, give them chariots. They lose IC, but they're EXTREMELY fast jetbike shooting platforms, especially with master of sorcery and we are legion, that is a must with them. Also, chariots give them more wounds, and a better toughness. Also, don't screw around with a LOC- get fateweaver. He's cheaper than a regular LOC, has all of the nice toys, and everyone within 6" including him, re-rolls all saves. Don't get scared off by the Ld thing every time he takes a wound- It took my eldar friend with a VERY shooty army his entire shooting phase shooting virtually everything he had to put a wound on him, and he passed it. You're re-rolling 3's, man! only 11% of wounds that get through his toughness will wound him! cluster your heralds and flamers around him, and your opponent will have a VERY hard time getting rid of any of them. Also, they're all jump, so you could be zooming around the battlefield bolting and gazing stuff far away, and breath of chaos (flamers!) anything close. And about the daemon prince- don't give him iron hide, mark of tzeentch gives him a 4 inv. Don't let him become a points sink, keep it at or under 200, or 150 would be preferable. Don't give him breath, get more flamers if you want to lay down more templates. MAYBE make him fly, (200 pt limit, remember?)and have him run around with your fateweaver squad, CCing anyone that gets past your templates. One last thing- use a template, then gaze. you will always hit 3 times with gaze, no matter how packed together they are. 10 people, flame 5, 5 left, gaze 3, 2 left. (assuming you hit all of them) if you gaze first, you'll hit less. 10 people, gaze 3, 7 left. flame 3-4, 3-4 left. that's 1-2 people that would have died if you flamed first.
That's all, Tzeentch is my favorite, normally I wouldn't advise a Tzeentch-only list, but this looks pretty solid.
