It's about a head taller than a terminator. Considering the hefty bulk that that thing has, it'll be a pretty damn big model. Not quite Ghazzy big, but still pretty big.

Why would you assume they based their dimensions off of a GW model? Isn't a space marine ~28mm tall? A GW terminator is about the same height.
22 pounds for a resin model the size of a terminator is pretty outlandish.
It's on a 40mm base, which is a common frame of reference between the two. It is taller than a terminator, but not nearly as big as a dread, or ghazghkull.

Forget 40K, I'm using one of these as a TAG in Infinity! It's crying out for an Ariadna TAG, or maybe something Nomad.
That thing is going to be a joy to practice weathering techniques on that normally only ever fit on vehicles.
Infinity: Way, way better than 40K and more affordable to boot!

Oh god, another to add to the "must have" list! I've been looking at sedition wars lately and the models have been getting nicer and nicer. This makes my wallet hurt.
I thought that when you leave GW to try other games you spend less money. The reality is there are so many fantastic looking minis that you end up spending more!

Yes and no
From my limited experience thus far with Studio McVey the quality is second to none. Compared to GW Finecast the price is not that far off for better quality
There will be lower numbers produced from the moulds compared to GW. Costs are going to be higher per unit produced.
I like it a lot, except the ranged weapon arm, but that is an easy conversion.
Sadly, its almost $40 US...thats a lot for a single model thats not much bigger than a Terminator. Damned currency conversion...Id gladly pay $22 US for 1, hell Id buy a couple for that price.
Whats my game?
Warmachine (Cygnar)
10/15mm mecha
Song of Blades & Heroes
Blackwater Gulch
X wing
Open to other games too
Thats a pretty awsome model, Im going to get one. I'm just amazed that studio mcvey made a model that can actually be used.. instead of being a wacky scale

I love it, the claw thingy looks some how astronaught-y, a very cool sculpt.
IRON WITHIN, IRON WITHOUT.
New Heavy Gear Log! Also...Grey Knights! The correct pronunciation is Imperial Guard and Stormtroopers, "Astra Militarum" and "Tempestus Scions" are something you'll find at Hogwarts.
Very Nice... I could see an Ork body being in that opposed to terminator armor in which an ork can't fit. May need some converting but very nice indeed.

Are you saying 'yes' to the first part and 'no' to the second part, or yes and no the second part
Haven't handled Studio McVey stuff before but I've heard good things about it. But still, GW Finecast is too expensive for me as well so the statement still holds true for me

everything for Sedition Wars is the standard 28mm(ish) scale, and usable with any other game such as 40K, Infinity, and the like...
it's only the Studio Mcvey collectibles that are larger...
which is actually cool, as they can go crazy with something that is a one-off...
