Start with MP, then finish the SP in, ideally, one sitting.
Sounds insane, I know, but I find I enjoy the game the most that way.

Singleplayer.
In every game I've ever played, Singleplayer first to get the controls down, maybe Coop campaign if whatever game I'm playing supports it, but no Multiplayer until Singleplayer is complete.

Probably Multiplayer just because i want to be one of the first to 41(within a month i hope) along with every single achievment by the end of the year. The single campaign looks amazing and the demo left me with a serious amount of questions.

I'll start with a couple SP levels too and then MP it is. Only comes out on the 9th here though!

I usually play singleplayer first using it as a sort of tutorial and warmup, then I play multiplayer... probably the only game I haven't done that on so far is Black Ops.... but then again... its Black Ops.
