Have you heard Carmina Burana? It is kind of bad ass.
Well, play what you want... Personally, I would go with the fluffy and badass organ music.
If you are ignoring instrument type, then any number of symphonic metal bands would be appropriate. There are even quite a few with female leads.

I still think one of the most fitting themes is Preliator from Globus. Even the lyrics fit. I like to imagine the lead singer is a Canoness and the choir is her Sisters.

In the same groove but different, Mozart's Dies Irae, from his Requiem. The first lines are "Dies Irae, Dies Ila" which is latin for "day of wraith, day of reckoning". Awesome stuff. I plan on painting that phrase on the side of my Land Raider.

Now since you said its coming out of your exorcist, why not try some organ music? The most well know organ piece ever, and super ominous, Bach's Toccata and Fugue in d minor.

Hope some of these help, and get your wheels turning.

That was pretty sick. Definitely my favorite of the bunch here. Linked me on to some other great songs too.
I wanted to get that out there. Trying to sort through some songs and decide if I think any are fitting enough to contribute.

Not sure that one's as fitting, but maybe. Never really associated spanish guitar with SoBs, anyway.
Just lots of chanting, in general.
Koyaanisqatsi's great too, and definitely organy and chanty, but the voices would be COMPLETELY inappropriate. Maybe for GK or something.

Yeah...I don't really disagree. It's pretty tame. Maybe for when they're doing their more relaxing prayers after killing some xenos or heretics or something.
The music for Sisters of Battle should sound holy. The music from Soulstorm is one of your best bets to find music that matches the Sisters of Battle. See if you can find any other music that has angelic sounding vocals.
Here's an example. Its epic, and its got female vocals which matches what I said.
That music is always awesome. Makes me feel like something epic is going to happen.
Now this has male vocals, but it could work since the Ecclesiarchy has males in it of course.
I can't think of any more at the moment, but good luck! Make sure to post it up on dakka when its all done. I'd love to see how you are doing it.

That is definitively for Imperial Guard.

This song is more fitting for Grey Knights then Sisterhood.

Let me just say that these songs are amazing. I played both of these games (ah fond memories). If you don't use this music (especially the second one), I will be sorely disappointed.

In your opinion ;
As far as the music goes it would apply equally to either, as both have the ascetic monastery/nunnery theme, but slightly more in favour of the Sisters as the choir is both male and female (GK are male only) and the style isn't as bombastic as the new codex seems to call for.
As far as the video goes you'll note the main character (and the one who succeeds where the knight fails) is female
