I have to say the pink horrors of tzeentch are one of the best. They are good at holding objectives they able to kill blobs of units with a 4+ amour save. I want to here from otjer people what they think is the best troop choice.

Grey Hunters are a solid choice at 15 points a piece with plenty of customization options. meltas, power fist, wulfen, banners...you name it. Plus they can be lead by some wolf guard. Only problem is their leadership of 8.

Horrors? Really? 3, 4+ save (even if it is invulnerable) and some decent firepower with no CC capability. I don't remember their cost, but I wouldn't put them anywhere near the "best troops choice" moniker. That would go to Grey Hunters or Ork boyz. Point for point and model for model they're extremely effective.

Horrors are 17 points per model you really don't need the close combat when your army has good enough cc like bloodcrushers or fiends. Push you can give the squad the changling upgrade that actully does come in hand once and a while push you can give them bolt of tzeentch. Its also just my opion.

Yeah, GK terminators are best, unless you count Paladins, who can be troops.

I wouldn't say Death Company considering they can't score, which is pretty damn important for a troops choice. As a sledgehammer they're great, but one can only assume "best troop choice" implies that they can actually do the job of holding objectives. With that in mind, Plague Marines are definitely a good choice.

While that may be true, look at how many people participated in this conversation.
My point is, if you're going to open a thread, read it, then complain that it was made, save yourself some time. Instead, go outside and yell at some kids for stepping on your lawn.
