I was looking around at the GW website as i usually do, and i noticed that quite a few of the Necron forces are missing. But the ones missing are still on the "have you got?" thing on the side. Wonder if its just a mistake or something is going to change soon.

Repackage, for new options, or to change the numbers in the box from 12 to 10, likely.
Both will still be in the new codex, i'm sure, especially Warriors, as they are the only troop choice right now... Automatically Appended Next Post: Most of them are still up on the US site.
Wraiths, Pariahs, Tomb spyders have been gone for a while though.

I just checked and I couldn't find any of the plastics there, just a few sundry metal models. They're probably just reshuffling and repackaging right now, but there's been talk of them this fall for quite some time. If they got revealed at GD UK I wouldn't be surprised.

It might be that they've just moved.
I looked for Harlequins on the UK site yesterday, and the Finecast ones were listed with everything on an Eldar specific page, not one just called "WH40k>Elites".
So, to find them, you might want to look at links from other stuff.
[Edit:
There's this page for Troops from the side-bar:
http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/armySubUnitCats.jsp?catId=cat440257a&rootCatGameStyle=
And this one, showing Warriors:
http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/armySubUnitCats.jsp?catId=cat1330387
They're moving stuff around, but the Eldar Finecast were on one, not the other]

Some people have tried to order Necrons from their local GW stores/FLGS' and been told they're not accepting orders for them right now. That's probably been going on all month, so take that for what you will.

Out of what's left I assume they want to sell down the metal and metal/plastic stuff. I heard directly from the red shirts at my local battle bunker that everything is going to be packaged like the finecast stuff from now on. They told me this a while back, so pulling the already decent plastics from the site is probably just a step in that direction.
EDIT: Note that I DID NOT say everything was going to finecast.

I talked to Matt this weekend to poke around for hints; after the powerhouse codices he's already done, I'm curious to see what else is coming.
After much persuasion, I was able to get one tidbit of information about the new Necrons that seems to be in line with his prior work.
Monoliths are remaining AV14, invulnerable to lance and melta, and anything beyond STR +D6. They remain uncrewed and invulnerable to shaken and stunned. However, a few changes have been made to them.
1. The price has been reduced from 265 to 125.
2. It now has 3 structure points.
3. The Particle Whip is now Heavy 3 Ordinance Barrage, and it's switched from AP3 to AP2.
4. Flux Arcs are no longer STR5, but simply defensive weapons that wound on a 2+ and allow no save of any kind.
5. It's gained the skilled rider special rule, and is now a fast skimmer.
According to Matt, "Everyone who isn't a Necron can suck it, it's time to buy a new army."
