1. Drop every single one of your troop choices. Plague Marines are the way to go. Maybe 1 or 2 squads of Berzerkers if you need some
CC support. But Plagues should form the bulk of your army.
2. I don't think you need 3 squads of outflanking Meltaguns but someone may say otherwise;
YMMV.
3. Get more Oblits! Like 9, k?
That will probably drop a few more killpoints (you're sitting at 21 at the minute!) and make your list a whole lot more durable!

Agreed on the plagues. It's just that the trade over is quite a bit of points. (That and I only have 14 plague marines at the moment so.... At most, two squads will be coming along)

I would love 9 oblits, but like the plagues, that's a HUGE point difference. I might be able to change something around to fit some of the changes, but I'm not sure. Any suggestions would be great on how to brings the points down to 2K while running multiple squads of Plagues, zerkers, and 9 oblitz.

That was my plan. I was going to double cover, just because it's better safe than sorry. As far as not shoting if you move, remember, that isn't entirely true with the blast master, it does have an assault mode
Anyhow, off to see if I can't incorporate some of the above thoughts.
~Edit~
Alright, I made the changes, not sure how I like it. Certainly did cut down on available kill points, but I feel I am much weaker in an objective game, and my melta supply certainly took a hit. I also was unable to fit in more oblitz without dropping below 4 troops
