Sadly, Battle for Macragge was the starter set for 4th edition. So, the rules are no longer current.
Check out eBay and you should be able to find relatively cheap rulebooks. The Assault of Black Reach rulebook has the complete rules and you can find it for relatively cheap. It just lacks the fluff and pictures from the big version of the rulebook.

As stated above that rule book is the last edition and will not work. Ebay would be your best bet for the 5th edition rule book or I would say just save and get the new starter set.

Assault on black reach is a great way to get some minis and a rulebook, templates and some dice. If you need just the rulebook you can buy them on ebay or certain online stores. I know dicebucket.com sells them but they are like $30.

Unfortunately, the rulebook in Macragge was for 4th ed, and so is now obsolete.
You can pick up the pocket sized version (from AOBR) of the new rulebook for very cheap on Ebay. Have a look around!
