Are Cadian pylons that provide Cadian gate and were poorly replicated by Inquisitor Quixos the same things as FW Necron Pylons?
And was Quixos a reference to Don Quixote?

The forgeworld pylons are actually called Necron Guass Pylons, the difference between them and regular pylons being the ability to crack put the massive power shots that the Guass one can. So possibly necron in origin, and in fact heavily hinted to be, I doubt that Cadia's will one day start bombarding the planet with cracks of guass weaponry

1. Essentially, yes, although as stated, without the Gauss weaponry.
2. No, I don't think so.

Oddly, no, they aren't the same. However, the pylons on Cadia are implied to be Necron technology, just not that specific piece of technology.
And yes, he's tilting windmills.

Maybe, as they didn't have Gauss weapons? But did they look like FW Necron Pylons. And if they did, why didn't the Cadians recognize Necron work by their recognizable Egyptian-looking style.
And Quixos was tilting windmills called Chaos - he was as mad as Don Quixote in his wish to bring good and justice.

so Cadia once was a staging ground of the rivalties of the two ancient races i think. (Old Ones VS C'Tan)
How do Eldar called this planet in Their language?
and where in Cadia does this pylon located? what is the name of Kasr near this pylon?
In the 13th Black Crusade. Abaddon did landed his goons on Cadia. I'm not sure if his Black Legion or any of Chaos troops made it to the pylon?

If I remember it correctly, there are many pylons on Cadia... Though they seem to be impossible to penetrate and study by any known means. AdMech has attempted to send probes to explore the tunnels that open on the pylons, but they seem to disappear after some metres... Maybe the techpriests made some errors, maybe there is some kind of force field or electromagnetic interference.
Or maybe something more disquieting... like Necron teleportation systems, or maybe some kind of guardian or even an entire tomb lying in wait under Cadia.
Maybe they are some kind of weapon (an energy matrix of some sort, maybe absorbing warp energy for some purpose, instead of just dissipating it?) or defense (they stem warp energy, after all), surely used by someone (probably Necrons), as has already been said, in a war against a strongly psychic enemy (Old Ones or Eldar?). Or maybe some kind of system to study the effects of exposition to the warp? That is something I'd see Necrons (the Deceiver in particular) doing. Or maybe they are also exerting some other kind of influence on the area?

The Cadian Pylons, it's rumored, were being used to entirely seal off the warp from reality. The reason this never happened is because the pylon ring around the planet was never fully finished and anymore, some have started to stop working. However, those that do remain are rumored to be the thing keeping Cadia a safe haven from warp insanity. Why Cadia was chosen and why construction stopped are both, currently, unknown

The pylons on cadia are what caused the cadian gate. They were originally a network, on all the planets around the eye, which exude a "blank" aura, which simply forces the rift that is the eye away. They were a final plan by the c'tan to rid themselves of chaos and the warp tomfoolery that defeated them during the war with the old ones. However it was not completed and only the pylons on cadia remain. Quixos learned of their purpose, replicated them and was setting them up on other planets. He knew their purpose and thus took the radical step of installing them. Hence his final word to Eisenhorn ("Heretic") because he was stopping an action that would "stop" chaos. I can't see any connection between Quixos and Don Quixote, although their names are remarkably similar!

If one said that the pylons are huge. it's a mega project but i'm not sure who can destroy ones during the wars between The Old Ones and C'tan?
I need a percentage of land in Cadia being inhabited/occupied. if Cadia doesn't yet become city planet or hive world. i'm not sure if Necrons tomb can be found there. it seems plausible because Cadia locates near what used to be Eldar homeworlds. and if C'tans want to get rid the galaxy of the Old Ones and Co. they need their necron goons to station nearby so they can stage an assault on Eldar worlds.
Questions never answered. How does Eldar calls Cadia in their language?

But humans can't (yet) exactly replicate Necorn Pylons - they have no STC
And negotiating with Necrons will be a bit... complicated.
