Just curious if any of you had bought anything from this site recasters are bad

From what I can tell, its a chinese recast site

I mean they have resin warhammer parts that should be plastic, DKoK commissars for $6, and Rackham for reasonable prices!

Lol. Yes, I think one or two people have given them a punt and found it okay. But in all likelihood it's a recast site given the prices.

A few years ago, I would not have supported a business like this, but with what the cost to play a game of 40k is these days, coupled with the attitude of GW of late, I would not feel bad at all to order from a business like this.

I hope you take it off OP, linking actual counterfit sites should be perma ban worthy.

If everyone knows that it is a recaster site, and if everyone understands the risks (See: Buyer Beware) then it's not bad. He's seeing if the site was legit, and the overwhelming majority said no.

It shouldn't be permabannable. It's not like he's going "Oh, guys, check out this casting site that sells counterfiets!"

But you know the damage it will cause if everyone gets to buy counterfeits if they know where to get it from?

Take this for example.

A guy want to buy Dark Eldars, he wants to buy from discount retailers, so thats 1 whole order.
Of course within the intended order he will also include army book. However, without ever seeing the contents its hard for him to figure out what he want to get.
So i suggested PFD ( because i know he'll buy the book later ), which wasn't allowed in Dakka, even mentioning it isn't allowed, not to mention link would be a BAN. <-- actually happened

This is beyond that, especially a link is provided. I know OP's intention might be ..... curiosity but.
He really ought to know the consequences of providing it. Not just as a forum thread no, but if sellers that owns legit FW items wishes to sell theirs,
imagine the market being saturated with illegal ones. I can guarantee the value will drop immensely.
