Which chapters are characterized by hate for xenos? I know they all do, but are there any whose theme is based around xeno hating similar to the manner in which BT are hardcore witch haters?

The Black Templars hate everything. Not just Witches.

Though, the "chapter" whose sole purpose is purging the alien is the Deathwatch, the militant arm of the Ordo Xenos consisting of elite Marines from many different chapters.

Other than that, I can think of no chapter that might have a particular hatred for Xenos (More than usual).

Dark Angels hate non-humans so much, that they decided to include Abhumans in that list.

So much so that they're known for refusing to support Abhuman regiments.

For some reason I always thought BT were witch haters. I'll have to go check up on my fluff.

Abhumans aren't xenos. And Red Scorpions hate Abhumans much more than DA.

There are Chapters which are known for hating particular xenos species, but I don't know of any Chapters that are particularly known for it.

Effectively, Space Marines fight three things: rebellion (which would include humans and Space Marines), Daemons (which could include CSM), and Xenos. I suspect they spend a lot more time fighting xenos than either of the others. After all, all of the rebellious humans and super-humans come from their own race, and there are gobs of other races to fight as well.

Chapters can have a historical enmity with a particular xenos, such as the Crimson Fists with the Orks, or even be founded to fight a particular xenos threat. I'm not sure how they would come up with a particular hatred of all xenos intensely. On the other hand, Chapters such as the Red Scorpions do seem to emphasize the 'purity and perfection' of the human form, to the point of disdaining even abhumans. Presumably, they would find aliens even more repugnant, as they are even further from the human ideal.

I'm unaware of any fluff regarding a Chapter who simply refuses to negotiate, or communicate, with xenos. It's not implausible that some might exist, who wouldn't even discuss terms of surrender/etc. with an alien, but I don't know of them.

Red Scorpions. They really hate xenos, even as far as abhumans.

Never said they were. And no Red Scorpion list ever had a rule forbidding allying with an army with abhumans like the DA 3rd edition Codex did.

Certainly not the Ultramarines (respect for the Tau?!), the Space Wolves or the Blood Angels.

I want to say Dark Angels, but that's because I'm biased. I think I would say Black Templars.

Black Templars without any doubt.
They hate everything.

I know Salamanders hate Dark Elder and have spend time studying them

The Fluff for the Red Scorpions say that they have a fanatical hatred for anything "impure".

I know for a fact that the Crimson Fists hate the orks ALOT.

To be fair, I remember reading somewhere that most of the Chapters that have fought the Tau respected the Tau after fighting them.

But mention Tyranids around an Ultramarine....


There probably are quite a few chapters that just hates anything not pure human (and even some things that are[ angry Marines do not count]) but from what it seems like, if the Xeno is Honorable, most Space Marines will give them a pass out of Respect for Honor (at least for the time being).

Won't say Necrons because they have gotten a pass before from the Blood Angels(and we don't know enough about the new fluff). Tau have been spared a few times out of respect(at least two that I can think of, with Space marines. Not including IG). Wouldn't surprise me if there was fluff somewhere where Eldar were spared by Space Marines a number of times.

Marines Malevolent, hate everything even other marines, have zero tolerance for about anything not imperial or pure, or just annoys them, will kill thousands of their own citizens to kill xenos.

The ultimate Douche bags of the Astartes, not that its hard for them to be douche bags... , have alot to choose from.

I don't think they particularly hate other marines or Imperial citizens...
They just don't care if they kill them accidentally.

I like the Black Templars, they remind me of Creationists arguing over the internet. They're not entirely sure of why they do it anymore, they know what they're doing doesn't really make any sense anymore, They know there's more of them out there, but they'll hardly ever see them all, and even though they know what they're doing is futile and they'll never win, they keep going, because they have 'Faith'.

I imagine Deathwatch Marines also build up an intense hatred of Xenos from what they witness in the service of the Ordo Xenos. I remember in Fear the Alien a Marine of the Raven Guard talks about how seeing what Xenos like the Tyranids, Orks, and Dark Eldar do to worlds makes the Astartes build a special hatred for them.

Blood Ravens often work with Eldar to fight common enemies. Crimson Fists have also been known to accept assistance and guidance from Eldar.

If I'm not mistaken the White Scars hate Elder or Dark Eldar. Didn't their primarch get lost going after them?
