Hey All,

First, I would like to say that if you have not seen the following post, please do so http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/326420.page the Fell Blade conversions there are amazing.

So,first, for those that don't know, a Fell Blade is basically a Space Marine Bane Blade with a Fellblade Cannon (slightly longer range @ 96") and a higher BS; cost is usually 50 pts higher.

So, there is this idea of Fell Blades of Renown, which are unique Fell Blades the original Legions had...the ones on the above post of the Imperial Fist and Blood Angel Versions.

So, my question:

What do you think an Ultramarines Fell Blade Of renown should have?

I was thinking that Ultramarines would not deviate significantly from the regular design, but may have a hull mounted Assault cannon instead of the Heavy bolter, and possibly a dual barrel (i.e. twin linked) Fellblade Cannon, or some other main armament.

What ideas do you all have?

All I have to say is that conversion is amazing. Any ridiculously overpowered rules you might write for it are completely justified by the awesomeness of the model.

In fact, you should just win on a 4+ once that hits the table, and when your opponent asks "how did you just win?" just casually gesture at the tank and shrug.
