Hi there. I am fairly new to the war gaming hobby, and I have a small 40k army of space marines and hope to start playing in the near future. I am from Manhattan Kansas. I got the AoBR set, as well as a land speeder, 5 assault marines with jump packs, and a squad of 5 sanguinary guards. If you have any suggestions on how best to expand them into a well balanced army, I'd like to know. Thanks.

Have you bought a codex. If not that's exactly what you need to expand a well balanced army.
Once you have made an army list post it in the Army list section. You'll get plenty of help there.
