Granted it's in german, it's really quite straightforward, and google can translate everything closely enough to get the jist of it.

Wolfgang is my favorite scenery maker. His gallery can be seen here: http://www.gidian-gelaende.de/03c19899280940b01/03c19899c4139102b/03c198995a14eed01/index.php

Well, that was rather incredibly impressive. And surprisingly simple to follow, considering. Thanks for sharing!

Wow. Just... wow. Definitely going to poke around his gallery a bit more after work. The step-by-step was one of those things where you don't see anything revolutionary - every step is simple enough - but seeing the thing come together still blows your mind.

I was trying to do this before, but failing because of the lack of blue/pink foam here (shockingly, a tropical country has no stock of cold weather insulation foams!!!!) so I was using the usual white styrofoam. Best effect I can come up with is this wall:

I cropped it because it doesn't look too good around the edges. And it crumbles easily.

Oh man, I want blue foam so bad.

It looks surprisingly okay when you cut the bricks up and push some inwards. My problem with it mostly is the polystyrene-y texture.
