Subject: PLAYADEPT...update now recruiting! [Possibly NSFW]
Well, I guess now's a good time to get the ball rolling on an Issue...
I've included a poll although I guess the sensible place to start would be with Issue 1 - however articles can be changed/added and the cover can be re-done. Here's the recruiting poster (I assure you she's royalty free) - I've set up the email and will be tinkering with a website or blogger over the coming days:

I'm currently looking for articles and in-universe Interviews - along the lines of those on the covers. Articles should be no more than 1,500 words, must come with a TITLE and SUB-TITLE - simply use the examples on the covers as a blueprint. Have fun and let your imagination go wild - remember we're looking for in-universe, satirical fiction - so not too serious but not OTT ridiculous either.
Also if any budding artists are reading this - please get in touch or post your work in this thread. We're looking for provocative 40k images for the discerning adept - not porn!
We'll be doing a fiction section - so if you have a short story/piece, please post it in the fiction section and PM me and/or DeathReaper the link.
We'll also need some cartoonists - so any 40k style cartoons would be most welcome.
I'm sure there's a lot more - but for now this'll do. Thanks again for the interest - let's see what happens over the coming weeks

Seriously, you should definitely do more! Dakka may frown on some of the fruitier content though I guess if you did a ridiculuously huge spoiler around it you should around the problem.

I guess a whole magazine would be one hell of a creative exercise. Funnily enough I've never bought or read a Playboy - I guess it's an excuse to do some "research" anyway. Let's face it I used to get White Dwarf every month, maybe its time to switch magazines
There's so much good 40k fan art out there, I was looking at random stuff for my rules project and have been stunned by the quality and variety of style's. If nothing else I'll do a few more covers, it's just finding cover images that aren't too lewd, but lewd enough

Cool creativity but you should really consider saving your image in a format that does not cover the entire thing in jpg artifacts.
