Quick note, can't use particle whip and other guns as particle whip is a barrage weapon. Eternity gate is a shooting attack so no particle whip if you use the gate.

Good battle report. Not sure I would have taken 3 monoliths because they are not bad but not nearly as good as they used to be. I'd recommend checking out a doomsday ark for one of those monoliths. The Ctan's are not ideal anymore either because they are easily shot to death now as you saw in this game.

My Armies: 8000 , 3000 , 8000 High Elf, 10000+ and goblin, 5000 Dwarf

The Tri-Monolith list can work but lord does your friend need more troops. Only 2x 5 Immortal units are what killed him, though the pair of C'tan helped by soaking up massive numbers of points. I like the Destroyer Lord with the Wraiths though i feel the unit needs to be full strength to function properly, and the Destroyer Lord should probably have a Res Orb and Mindshackle Scarabs. I wonder if running a couple of large blocks of Warriors near the Monoliths and putting a Necron Lord with a Res Orb and Warscythe in each one would be a bigger benefit than the pair of C'tan. Solar Pulses would have also helped in the early turns, keeping his Immortals alive long enough for the rest of his list to deal with the Thunderfire Cannons and the Dreadnoughts.

Anyway, it was a good report and I think overall it was well played by both sides, but I do think your friend might want to re-think his strategy a little and include some more infantry and a larger assault unit for the Destroyer Lord in place of the C'tan.

Good report.

BTW, your autocannon dread should've insta-killed those 2 scarabs. Instead, you just put 2W on them.

Yeah I noticed that mistake and was a little confused considering they had mentioned it earlier in the battle report.....
