In your opinion all round ( paint scheme, fluff, ETC) what is your favorite space marine chapter ( not a made up one EX one of your own). My favorite one is the Dark angels.

Ultramarines, because all other chapters aspire to be them. They're clearly the best.

I like the Blood Angels.

-Airborne Masters
-Sanguinary Guard paint a picture of what the final battle at the Emperor's palace looked like.
-Dante is so pro he tied the Silent King in a war for weeks.
-Big golden nipples.

"AM are bunch of half human-half robot monkeys who keep tech working by punching it with a wrench And their tech is so sophisticated that you could never get it wrapped it out" thing a LITTLE to seriously. It also goes "Tau tech is so awesome I wish I was Tau and not some stupid Human" thing.

This one gets my vote

But I would also like to put forward this one:

Brazen Claws, just love the quartering on the armour, sadly my skills would be nowhere good enough to do the chapter symbol

Yeah, I'm on this guy's side. I think that codex cover is goofy as hell, but still totally rad. Besides, Crimson Fists were on the first edition rulebook:

Fists are my favorite chapter. They're different enough to have personality, but not Special Snowflakes who are better than everyone else. They also are kinder to regular humans than most Space Marines are, and get kicked in the teeth for it because that's just so grimdark. Also, cool colorscheme.

Ultrmarines and then Space Wolves afterwards But thats my opinion... Ultrmarines because I just really like everything about them and then Space Wolves because they are almost the complete opposite and are awesom as hell in terms of fluff and models...

He was joking, but the Ultramarines were never the "Joe Everyman" Marines. They were "the greatest of all Space Marine chapters" on the back cover of the 1995 codex too. This was just before a lot of the fluff had been written, and apparently before people could whine about it on the Internet, lol.

Marneus Calgar is referred to as "one of the Imperium's greatest tacticians" and he treats the Codex like it's the War Bible. If the Codex is garbage, then how bad is everyone else?
