Curious how dedicated you all are to your marine armies -__- Most marine players just buy a few, then stop collecting them. Others of us, who have TRUE faith in the emperor (and are a bit touched in the head) keep going beyond any and all reason.

0-40 infantry, 0-3 tanks - Initiate
41-60 infantry, 4-6 tanks - Novice
61-80 infantry, 7-9 tanks - Sergeant
81-100 infantry, 10-12 tanks - Captain (get it? 100 marines = company)
101-200 infantry, 13-20 tanks - Force Commander
201+ infantry, 21+ tanks - Chapter Master
500+ infantry, 40+ tanks - Primarch

Well, I have an entire Battle Company plus unused extra Marines, almost 40 Scouts of various eras and another 30 Terminators of various eras.

So I guess it puts me in the "Force Commander" range on your list. Though, honestly, you shouldn't be handing out Chapter Master status to anyone short of 500-1000 infantry, heh. I've seen a few blogs of guys with entire Chapters in their possession. It's pretty crazy.

Should we be counting assembled or unassembled. My bikes have about 20 assembled, and another 20 to assemble/paint/etc while there are tons of power armoured and terminator armoured models still to be assembled/painted.

Then there are my Space Wolves who I've been collecting since second edition.

On the other hand I don't have a lot of tanks (Predator, Whirlwind and a few Rhinos for my Wolves, a couple of Razorbacks for my Marines) because I like taking a Master of the Forge as my second HQ so I can take six dreadnoughts. I can even do that in 1000 points if I take 10 scouts for my two troop choices.
