the Happy Tree Friends are thrown into 40k universe, and here's the backstory of Happy Tree Friends in 40k: Sniffles invents a machine that allows people to travels into different universes where Cuddles, Giggles, Toothy, and Petunia are it's test pilots. then the 4 are thrown into the 41st millennium

and they'll fill the role of Joke Characters in 40k Tabletop game

here's the universal stats for Happy Tree Friends such as Cuddles, Giggles, Toothy, and Petunia:

I realise in true form, they die a lot... but this is 4 models that will do... nothing. They won't really hit anything with their 4 shots a turn, they won't hurt anything, and pretty much every weapon will instant death them regardless...

Making them WS3, BS2, S2, T2, W3, I3, A1, Ld4, Save 6+.
Beasts

would be better, and even then they'll still drop in 1 turn.

I has added 1 new special rule: Reincarnation(dead models can be reused within single game) for any Happy Tree Friends. as well they didn't just come with Cuddles, Giggles, Toothy, and Petunia, they also includes any Happy Tree Friends characters. and this stats: WS3, BS2, S2, T2, W3, I3, A1, Ld4, Save 6+ is still too much for them. for best results, Happy Tree Friends should have WS 1, BS 1, S 1, T 1, W 1, I 1, A 1, LD 4, Save -.(if it's Lumpy, it's WS 2, BS 3, S 3, T 2, W 2, and Ld 7. if it's Flippy, it's stats is similar to Catachan Guardsmen with more wounds, but less Armor Save. and if it's Splendid, it's stats are following: WS 6, BS 4, S 7, T 8, W 10, I 4, A 2, Ld10, Sv 2+ with Permanent Invulnerable Save)

I realise the patheticness is canon, and it's a joke, BUT my point was, they're going to do diddly, and die to everything instantly.

It needs to be a little clearer too... even as is something like:
Spoiler:

BG: Sniffles invents a machine that allows people to travels into different universes where Cuddles, Giggles, Toothy, and Petunia are it's test pilots. then the 4 are thrown into the 41st millennium

FO: ???
Squad: Happy Tree Friends
Unit: HTF, Points Per: ??, Models: 1+?, Unit Type: Beasts, WS-1, BS-1, S-1, T-1, W-1, I-1, A-1, Ld-4, Sv-.
Wargear:
Stub Pistol

Special Rules:
Made of Plasticine:
any shots that hits Happy Tree Friends can still hits anyone that hiding behind them.

Loot Weapons:
Characters can select one item of wargear of any unit killed by a model with this special rule in close combat.

Reincarnation:
Any model with the rule that is killed may get back up again at the end of that phase once per game.

Even being able to bring them back, they'll do exactly nothing.

Imagine you have say.. your average 1500 pt game.

You start at least 24" apart, you either need to hold objectives or aqquire enough kill points.. and the HTF... all die before they move 12-18".

at least they don't needs any points whatsoever when deployed, so you can deploys Happy Tree Friends(mainly Generic Tree Friends) as much as you want where all the points can be spend on more powerful and useful units and default wargear for Generic Tree Friends(which is accompanies Cuddles, Giggles, Toothy, and Petunia) is: Morita Rifle(counts as Lasgun)

Update for Happy Tree Friends in 40k:

40k Fandex: Happy Tree Friends

a squad of every HTF Main Characters: http://happytreefriends.wikia.com/wiki/List_of_Main_Characters

Elites:

Squads of Flippy and Splendid teammates in HTF: Ka-Pow!

Troops:

and here's the stats for HTFs: all Happy Tree Friends gets this stats: Ws 1, Bs 1, S 1, T 1, W 1, I 1, A 1, Ld 4, Sv-. with Lumpy, Flippy, Splendid, Buddhist Monkey, Cro-Marmot, and Flippy and Splendid teammates as the exception of these stats: Lumpy gets Ws 2, Bs 3, S 3, T 2, W 2, I 2, A 3, Ld 6, and Sv-. Flippy will gets his statline comparable to Catachan Guardsmen with less Armor Save, but have more wounds and better Ws and Bs. Splendid has his statline comparable to Imperator Titan(since his powers are Superman-like and anyone with Kryptonian-like powers in 40k tabletop games should gets statline on par with Imperator Titan, except far faster). and that's it

for their wargear, you can sees weapon section of this picture: http://lokyiti.deviantart.com/art/My-Human-HTF-designs-213075910?q=sort%3Atime%20Cuddles%20Giggles%20Toothy%20Petunia&qo=93

Only it doesn't exist.

There is no such thing as a Wargear book for 5th edition.

I genuinely can't tell if all of these proposed units of yours are serious or elaborate trolls.

That may be harsh, but honestly, none of the units you've posted have either;

a) added something new and unique to the game in terms of fair and balanced game play
b) adhered to even a smidgen of 40k fluff
c) been remotely balanced, whether OP or in this case in a weird twist, UP

Its all fine and dandy to want to add in new and unique units to your friendly 40k scene, but by posting this on the internet you open yourself up to more serious critique. Much of this board is used for legitimate balancing queries or serious fandexes with the occasional humourous ones (well done ones I might add), so posts like this discussing HTF in 40k won't be taken seriously by most of the board.

Maybe I'm just missing the point, but you couldn't pay me to play against a list like this. It wouldn't present any kind of challenge or fun, and it wouldn't even be funny. Then again, I think I watched HTF a decade ago, so maybe I'm just old and bitter now.

how about HTF Ka-Pow!: http://happytreefriends.wikia.com/wiki/Ka-Pow! which apart from being gory as usual(since it's Happy Tree Friends), it's more action packed than main series so if you finds Main Series boring, you can watch Ka-Pow! and characters from HTF: Ka-Pow! aren't as underpowered as most HTF Main Characters from HTF Main Series when we put them into 40k Tabletop game. and HTF: Ka-Pow! characters(barring antagonists) that isn't Flippy, Splendid, Buddhist Monkey, and the Mole are becomes elite choices in Happy Tree Friends fandex
