Does Abaddons Daemon Weapon hurt him on a roll of one. As far as i know it doesn't because he is the warmaster of chaos and has the favor of all 4 gods, and even though he can't attack the daemon rebeling doesn't hurt him.
From what i've found of the internet it says it doesn't but just want to know from a reliable source.

Well, a daemon is completely subject to the command of its god. Sort of like a permanent Synapse. So if a daemon is attacking their lord's favoured, they are in seriuos boter. So I agree with you their.

The other side is that it is ot an Eldar god, but a War Spirit, like the spirit of an Eldar Phenoix Lord or farseer trapped within, or something.

2) Yes, he hits himself. It is a Daemon weapon, and on the roll of a 1 he hits himself


The OLD 3.5ed codex he had complete mastery over the weapon, but that is gone.

Just because Daemons are completely subject to their god doesn't necessarily mean that the Daemon trapped within a weapon would be happy about its imprisonment. I could see Drach'Nyen not caring who wielded it, only knowing that it would take any opportunity it can to betray him. And who better to possess than the Warmaster of Chaos himself?

If Drach'Nyen is a Khorne daemon, just look at the Berserker Glaive for how much he cares about his champions.

As far as I know, he takes a wound, but I haven't found anything preventing you using Invulnerable Saves against that wound.
