Well I finally received my last order some time ago, the one I mentioned several posts above.
As it was so late, they offered compensation and through emails and phone calls, tried very hard to repair the damage done. One of the items never shipped, but it is scheduled would ship with my next order (June 17th) which I made at an even greater discount as part of the compensation.
No part of the new order has arrived as of yet, but I'm not really sweating since I was told that they would not invoice until it shipped and I didn't have to pay until it arrived. So far, I'm fairly certain it hasn't shipped since I haven't gotten an invoice. Since I haven't paid, I'm not out any cash either.
I'm kind of bummed because I thought the initial idea, a groupon for gaming, was pretty cool. If they had stuck to the original business plan, it probably would have never gotten to this. Unfortunately, they changed their business model and weren't equipped to handle it.
So now I'm left wondering if my order will show up randomly in the next two months with an invoice. I can't really go out and buy those models elsewhere only to have to pay for them again, so I'm stuck in a whole different way...
