Now that we've got the less than witty thread title out of the way, I've seen this place a fair bit when I've googled for warhammer related things. It's also occurred to me that the internet seems to solve all my other problems relating to social contact (sort of), so solving them the same way for warhammer should sort of work.

I've got just under 3k points of mish mashed swordwind Eldar in a broken case in my room, and I've got a job so I can actually afford to look at warhammer again and attempt to keep up with how things are now. Hooray!

Hi all, yet again, hopefully the assorted insanities don't have chemical reactions against each other or anything!

The thing about this job is that I already still live with financially secure parents with a university fund that's more or less already paid, so I can actually do whatever the hell I like with what I'm getting paid, which in itself is probably far too much for a pizza delivery driver. So warhammer is actually very much a possibility that I intend to re-explore.

A: it's Swordwind, not Stormwind, and B: Swordwind is where you pretty much just take aspect warriors. Not really competitive anymore, I pretty much just wound up with 2 squads of dire avengers, 2 squads of dark reapers, falcon and wave serpent, one or two farseers and didn't really touch the up close and personal aspect warriors; either they were too slow to get to the battle, or they were in a wave serpent and couldn't assault until the turn after they'd gotten out.
