I'd like to make an Iron Knights Techmarine. I know I could make the chapter my self, but I was wondering if anyone knows of any pre existing rules. I've googled a bit but couldn't find any.

There isn't a lot on the Iron Knights. I'd say you'd be better off making your own rules, or using the Black Templar rules.
