I just came up on this model, and am really excited to build it!
I want to model it with a helmet-less head. Does anyone know of a company that makes a suitable substitute that is the right scale? Or even a toy that would suffice?
My Marines are Native American Themed, and I want to paint the head up with warpaint and such.
Any suggestions would be very helpful, thanks!

I believe it comes with an unhelmeted head already.

It should come with an unhelmeted head, there are pictures of it from wayback without one. dude has a bionic eye. I have one at home unbuilt, I'll post to this thread again in a few hours and check the box it's in.

The USS Orinoco was a Federation Danube-class runabout that was in service with Starfleet in the late 24th century, attached to Deep Space 9. It was outfitted with a sensor pod.
