I saw this posted elsewhere on dakka, and I'm very much smitten by this grav-tank:

http://www.antenocitisworkshop.com/bucephalus-grav-tank.html

What a killer model, looks like a lot of fun to paint.

Anyway, how's their shipping speed, service etc? Looks like a reputable, well established site, but ya never know.

Versteckt in den Schatten deines Geistes.

While I’ve never ordered that tank, I have ordered from Antenociti’s Workshop on several occasions in the past. The quality of their products is good, everything arrived in good time, and I would order from them again in the future.

The only weird thing was the pigment in their resin. I’ve got sky-blue, bright purple and hot pink components from them, which is always a little weird!

Yeah I order from them regularly, they sometimes have low stock levels on things but otherwise their service and prices are excellent.

That tank looks amazing, I was going to get one to use one for Infinity, as part of this rather insane 'attack the tank' scenario for Infinity (on the Infinity forums)

Another Antenociti fan here.

They are a great resource for all of thos hard to get materials and products. Testors Dulcote for example.

I tend to buy thier scenery stuff rather than models, so can't comment on the tanks but their wheely bins are to die for!

Yup, me too. I like 'em. Got some nice resin barrels and chests and stuff, and they're one of the cheaper suppliers for Woodland Scenic realistic foliage for trees.

I've had several orders from Antenociti.

They have always been reliable and on the one occasion they sent an incomplete kit I rang them up and they sent me a replacement without any questions.

I've ordered from them several times as well. Never any issues, they are a solid company and have some fantastic products.

Never had a problem and met them at Salute one year as well. Best in the UK for scenery stuff, and they post on the flames of war official forums sometime too.

Can someone explain this to me about this company? I've looked at their site a few times and would like to order from them , however when I click on an item it says 'This product is not available sign up to get an email when it is'. Now this is on a few of their products not just the odd one or two. Anyone explain this?

They have some great products, good service and reasonable shipping times.

They do often run out of popular products (why dont they order 50x the amount of dullcoat? its ALWAYS sold out!). The website is also very annoying with very little information about products.

If you live in the uk they have stuff you just cant get elsewhere here, but in america with stunning places like micromark they are somewhat lacking.

Ive never bought any of their resin stuff so cant comment on those.

Yeah, I'm also not a great fan of their site. It's smart and all but the sparce descriptions could be better.

My biggest gripe would be that it seems to require allot of juice from my very antiquated work laptop, navigating can be real slow progress. Pretty minor problem in the grand scene but does mean that I have to buy my stuff when at home which means the Mrs could catch me and see how much all this stuff costs!

Incidently there is also the 4d modelshop in London, plus quite a few more model kit focused places about.

The best thing to do is call them or send them an email. They quite often don't hold stock of things, but if it's a resin item they will cast some new ones for you.

I've used them and found them to be very good. Had a problem with an order once, rang them up and they sent me a replacement part the next day. No concerns with them at all.

An update, if anyone is interested. They notified me that the tank I bought needed to be produced again as it was out of stock, so no real ETA of when it will ship, unfortunately.

Mega bummer!

I had to wait for some bits to be cast, admittedly smaller but it was only a few days delay.
