It means the end of the 40k universe, realy hard to sell product for a war game without conflict, it would be like playing a historicaly accurate WW2 game set in 1946.

True about the Necrons and Nids, but your still takeing a large chunk out of the system, and quite suddenly too I might add.

True, and it would be interesting to go backwards in the time line, but forward would be very dificult without a replacement for chaos that satisfies its void.
