I have a match coming up against the following list. I was wondering how my list can beat it? The lists CANNONT be changed for reasons out of my control!
So saying "OMG WHY U TAKE THIS???" wont help!
I just need useful tactical advise!

Be careful using Mephiston's psychic abilities with Runes of Warding around.

Stay out of range of the Fire Dragons' 12" range. Break their Wave Serpent and then swoop in and assault them quickly, but don't screw around milling about in their 18" kill radius; they'll make short work of both Power Armor and FNP.

Is Eldrad alone? If so, assault him with just troops, a couple squads at once. Don't charge him with Mephiston.

Thinking Mephy should go after the Wraithguard, maybe the Sanguinary Guard (thought their high Toughness is rough for them), but do be careful of their guns on the way in.

Assault the Dark Reapers with, well, more or less anything.
In fact, go with the Ork tactics: shoot the choppy ones and chop the shooty ones.

Don't expect your Razorbacks to be around for long, he has quite a bit of anti-tank. Smoke and moving flat-out may be your friend, even if it means not firing your cannons. Of course, after the troops get out (if they get out), do run the 'backs around cannoning things.

He only has 2 Troops choices (unless the Wraithguard are troops too). Kill those and he can't take objectives.

Not sure what else to suggest.

Hide Mephiston and use him as counter-assault. Then shoot the crap out of your opponent. You have better ranged AT so kill his ranged AT and mobility first. Start off with FD wave serpent and then the warwalkers. Wraithguard have very short range (12") so will have to come towards you. Pick them off when they do. Be careful with Mephiston getting into range of fire dragons or wraithguards, but try to get Mephy into hood range of Eldrad if possible.

This one is all about target priority and when you choose to disembark.

Hang far back in your deployment zone. Las down the wave serpent ASAP, and pop the walker next. As soon as those two targets are down he has nothing that can reliably pop your tanks at range. STAY IN THE BOXES, since those reapers will massacre MSU marines. Shoot and scoot to avoid the two Melta/wraithgun units, and dump las fire into the reapers till they break or they die. Once they go down, run at max speed to get all boxes close to as close to the fire dragons and wraiths as possible. Pop smoke. Weather one turn of nasty death, losing most likely 2 boxes and a few marines. Assault with as many units as possible. Wraiths die to PFs, fire dragons die to anything in assault. Eldrad will most likely be with the wraiths. Ignore him, he will kill one marine a turn. With FNP active you should take very few casualties in return. Dragons break and flee, wraiths take fearless saves but don't lose much due to fortune. Wash rinse repeat till the wraiths go down.

In the meantime, your remaining tanks can drive around tank shocking guardians and dire avengers till they break and run off the board.

My question is more do you know how to use your blood angels? Because if you did, you would be just fine against that eldar list. It's not even a good eldar list TBH.

Tell us what your standard tactics would be against this foe, or how you use your list. We will then tell you were you went wrong. We shouldn't be telling you how to play the game.

This battle is over. I just mounted Mephiton into a Razorback and went flatout towards his lines.
It ended up with me winning by far!
He was left witth 1 Warlock on the board.

I lost 2 wounds on Mephiston and 1 squad of marines.
