Short story is I'm working on a diorama as a present for the lady, and am in need of some well sculpted NSFW minis that look great painted. Any suggestions? The more NSFW the better (It's THAT kindof diorama). Thanks!

Depending on scale I would look at either shadowforge models. They are often on the comical side though so might not be in the right area for what you're considering.
Otherwise go to ebay and search for resin figure and you might find some nice models in larger scale.
Most gaming companies stay away from this kind of subjects though.
