No you didn't. You literally just say "I bought a hair dryer, you should too". Is this a spam bot or something?

NOTICE: Not my Model, not melted with a hair dryer (though there are reports of people doing it over here ), but this is the first thing that popped into my head when I read it.

Funny, I always find myself in the constant war against drying times on the other side. Acrylics just dry too fast. Can't see using one personally. More of a 'drying retardant' type myself.

I use one for quickening up drying times when priming.
Can also be used for when using oil paint washes & bending resin pieces.

Check out my gallery here
Also I've started taking photos to use as reference for weathering which can be found here. Please send me your photos so they can be found all in one place!!

I use a small desk fan from Walmart. I use it to speed up drying time on washes and priming.

I have seen interesting things done with washes and inks.

I use a hair dryer to speed up drying of washes, especially if I am trying to cram a paint job in before an event.

Seems silly, IMO. I prefer to just get a natural look by letting them dry overnight. It's really satisfying when you wake up, and your models are all pretty

I don't like threads where new members ask you to blindly click a link without giving any information.
I certainly will not click that link.

I just paint about 40 models at a time. By the time I get done with the last one, the first one is ready to go.
